Hound play explosive, dark and progressive rock music. The quartet has made turbulences in the underground rock scene for 10 years now and has earned the reputation of a unique and ecstatic live band. Once a vintage rock band, Hound have developed an idiosyncratic style that picks and chooses the most delicious bits from the genre buffet.
Hound are based in Hanover (GER) and have been playing together since 2014, currently they are working on their third album. The last two albums were released at Rough Trade Records: „Settle Your Scores“ (2018) and „I Know My Enemies“ (2021) were highly praised by the internatioal press and got lots of rotation on US rock radios for weeks.
Rock’n’Force Magazine (DR) described Hound’s complex music as a „wonder“, Classic Rock Magazine calls it „music by nerds, for nerds.“ Metal Temple spoke of „I Know My Enemies“ as a „seamless masterpiece“.
